摘  要:铸造用链轮减重孔常采用由多段弧面相连接而形成的扇形孔形状,这些扇形孔在其木模型制作过程中,由于轮毂轮缘的存在,在辐板上画线时常受到空间限制,采用现有的工具、量具已不能准确完成扇形曲线的画线和测量,最终导致链轮木模型的加工质量较低,无法满足高质量铸件的加工精度要求。针对上述问题,根据目前常用测量、画线工具的性能特点,设计一种由三段横尺和具有自锁功能的竖尺组成的工量具。该工量具在长度和宽度2个方向上可调节尺寸大小,扩大了测量和画线的范围;画线笔和钢针也可以实现互换,保证在不更换工量具的情况下,对铸造用链轮木模型扇形曲线孔实现准确的画线和测量。经实践验证,该伸缩式量画规结构简单,测量和画线准确度比常规法提高了1个等级,工作效率提高了50%。Fan-shaped holes formed by connecting multiple cambered surfaces were often used in weight loss hole of sprocket wheel in casting.When line was drawn on a radial-plate in the process of wooden models,these fan-shaped holes were often spatially constrained.It was no longer possible to draw and measure the fan-shaped curve accurately by using existing tools and gauges,which led to the lower quality of sprocket wheel wooden model,and that the precision of high quality castings could not be achieved.In response to the above questions,according to the performance characteristics of measuring and drawing tools commonly used at present,a measuring tool,which was composed of a three-section horizontal ruler and a vertical ruler with self-locking function,was designed.The measuring tool could adjust the size in length and width directions,which expanded the scope of measurement and line-drawing,line-drawing pen and scribing pins could also be interchanged,which ensured that the fan-shaped hole of wooden model of sprocket wheel could be drawn line and measured accurately without changing the measuring tools.As verified by practice,the structure of telescopic gauge with line-drawing was simple,and the accuracy of measuring and line-drawing was improved by 1 grade compared with the conventional method,and the work efficiency was increased by 50%.
