摘  要:研究国家标准GB/T 13539.1-2015《低压熔断器第1部分:基本要求》中8.5条款分断能力验证,通过研究参考文献确定低压熔断器在产生电弧之前的温度以及两端电压的变化规律,以此设计一个低压熔断器的预热测试系统实现其预热处理,并用其对低压熔断器进行过载测试来验证可行性。最后再设计快速切换回路以实现标准要求的分断能力验证试验。This paper studied the breaking capacity verification of article 8.5 in national standard GB/T 13539.1-2015“Low-voltage fuses—Part 1:General requirements”.Through the study of references,the change rule of the temperature and voltage at both ends of low-voltage fuse before arcing were determined.With which a preheating test system of low-voltage fuse was designed to realize its preheating treatment,and the overload test of low-voltage fuse was used to verify feasibility.Finally,a fast switching circuit was designed to realize the test of breaking capacity by the standard.
