摘  要:文章研究了EVA封装胶膜的交联体系、粘结性能和透光性能。研究实验表明:交联剂含量0.5%和助交联剂含量0.6%时,EVA胶膜的交联度最高,同时添加剂的用量也最经济;粘结性能随KBM-503含量的增加而增强,最后达到趋于稳定;添加不同的助剂满足组件上下两层EVA胶膜不同的透光率要求。This paper had studied the cross-linking system,bonding property and light transmission property of EVA encapsulation film.Research experiments showed that when the content of crosslinking agent was 0.5%and the content of auxiliary crosslinking agent was 0.6%,the crosslinking degree of EVA film was the highest,and the amount of additives was also the most economical;the bonding property increased with increasing of KBM-503 content,and finally it tended to be stable;we added different additives to satisfying the different light transmittance requirements of the upper and lower EVA film of the component.
