摘  要:为了制备得到纯度较高的无水氯化镁,制备高纯度的无水氯化镁需要先将氯化镁氨化,再进行热分解。文章首先使用氯化铵溶液和水氯镁石中的氯化镁作为原材料形成氯化镁氨化合物,然后对其进行加热脱水,使其成为低水氯化镁氨化合物,再使用氨气取代低水氯化镁氨化合物中的水分,最后加热分解为无水氯化镁。然后通过实验分析的方法分析制备工艺中涉及到的相关参数和无水氯化镁物相及其形貌。实验结果表明,氯化镁氨化合物脱水的适宜温度和时间分别为160℃和4h,化合物热分解制备无水氯化镁的分解温度设置为750℃比较合适。最后所制得的无水氯化镁中无杂相,且其颗粒较大而均匀。In order to prepare high-purity anhydrous magnesium chloride,the preparation of high-purity anhydrous magnesium chloride requires first ammoniating of magnesium chloride and then thermal decomposition.The paper first uses ammonium chloride solution and magnesium chloride in the brucite as raw materials to form magnesium chloride ammonia compounds,and then heats and dehydrates them to make them low water magnesium chloride ammonia compounds,then ammonia gas is used to replace the water in the low-water magnesium chloride ammonia compound,and finally heated to decompose into anhydrous magnesium chloride.Then,the relevant parameters involved in the preparation process and the phase and morphology of the anhydrous magnesium chloride are analyzed by the method of experimental analysis.The experimental results show that the suitable temperature and time for dehydration of magnesium chloride ammonia compound are 160°C and 4 hours,respectively,and the decomposition temperature of the compound thermal decomposition to prepare anhydrous magnesium chloride is set to 750°C.The final anhydrous magnesium chloride has no impurity phase,and its particles are larger and uniform.
