摘 要:为了探究不同粘合材料在应用PASS矫治器矫治中的临床效果,选择了光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子粘合材料和树脂型粘合材料作为研究对象,将其应用于口腔科中的PASS矫治器矫治中,然后观察其应用效果。选择28名患者平均分为A、B两组,每组使用一种粘合材料,然后检测每组的粘接强度、粘合材料残余指数和牙釉质脱矿程度。研究了不同牙齿表面干湿程度对粘接强度的影响,研究了拔除牙干预处理后不同时间段对粘合材料残余指数的影响,研究了不同治疗时间段对釉质脱矿程度的影响。另外通过SPSS软件对检测结果进行统计学分析。实验结果表明,光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子粘合材料更有助于提高PASS矫治器矫治治疗的临床效果。In order to explore the clinical effects of different adhesive materials in the application of PASS appliances,the photocurable resin reinforced glass ion adhesive materials and resin-type adhesive materials were selected as the research objects,which were applied in the application of PASS appliances in the department of stomatology,and then the application effects were observed.Twenty-eight patients were selected and divided into two groups,A and B.Each group used a bonding material,and then the bonding strength,the residual index of the bonding material and the degree of enamel demineralization were measured in each group.The influence of different tooth surface dryness and wetness on the bonding strength was studied.The effect of tooth extraction on the residual index of adhesive materials in different time periods after tooth extraction intervention treatment was studied.The effect of different treatment time periods on enamel demineralization degree was studied.In addition,SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the test results.The experimental results show that the light-cured resin-reinforced glass ionomer bonding material is more helpful to improve the clinical effect of PASS appliance treatment.
