摘 要:膝关节骨折是一种常见的骨科创伤疾病,因为其骨折部位较为特殊,所以通常情况下都需要经过手术进行治疗,而骨折固定是手术治疗的关键所在,目前常用螺钉、缝线、钢丝等进行内固定,但是其固定效果还是达不到预期效果,并且术后的愈合及膝关节功能恢复也不太理想。纳米骨粘合剂是近些年来研发出来的新型生物材料,其生物相容性良好、力学性能优良、且操作简便,对人体无毒无害,是非常理想的骨折固定材料,此外纳米骨粘合剂还能促进骨折的愈合,文章探讨了纳米骨粘合剂在老年膝关节骨折固定中了应用情况,最后表明纳米骨粘合剂在骨折固定领域具有十分广阔的应用前景。Knee joint fracture is a common orthopedic trauma disease.Because of its special fracture site,it usually needs surgery.Fracture fixation is the key to surgical treatment.At present,screws,sutures and steel wires are commonly used for internal fixation,but the fixation effect can not reach the expected effect,and the postoperative healing and knee function recovery are not ideal.Nano bone adhesive is a new kind of biomaterial developed in recent years.It has good biocompatibility,excellent mechanical properties,easy operation,non-toxic and harmless to human body.It is an ideal fracture fixation material.In addition,nano bone adhesive can promote fracture healing.In this paper,we discuss the application of nano bone adhesive in the fixation of elderly knee joint fracture,and finally shows that nano bone adhesive has a very broad application prospect in the field of fracture fixation.
