圆饼状高压实膨润土粘结滑移性能及损伤耗能试验研究

摘  要:国际上普遍用来处置高放废物的方法是深地质埋藏法,其中高压实膨润土作为缓冲回填材料发挥了重要作用。高压实膨润土的粘结滑移性能是高放废物处置场长期安全性的关键因素。文章在圆饼状高压实膨润土外侧布置滑移传感器和电阻应变片,被别对在轴力和反复水平载荷作用下的圆饼状高压实膨润土的粘结滑移性能进行了试验研究。经过一系列试验后可以得到相载荷-滑移滞回等曲线,根据这些试验结果可以看出,在载荷的上升阶段,粘结应力的最大值为时间的中部位置,并且有中部向两端呈递减趋势,沿着圆饼柱高呈现抛物线状分布,在载荷的下降阶段,粘结应力的最大值则会向圆饼高压实膨润土的柱顶偏移,柱根部位的粘结应力则会减小为零,观察整个加载过程,不难发现柱根部位的滑移量最大,并且向柱顶方向逐渐减小。试件粘结应力随着荷载循环次数增加而减小,滑移量增大,进而会出现粘结退化现象,试件本身出现损伤。Deep geological burial method is widely used in the world to dispose of high-level radioactive waste,in which compacted bentonite plays an important role as buffer backfill material.The bond slip property of compacted bentonite is the key factor for the long-term safety of high-level radioactive waste disposal site.In this paper,slip sensors and resistance strain gauges are arranged on the outside of the round-cake compacted bentonite,and the bond slip properties of the round-cake compacted bentonite under axial force and repeated horizontal load are studied.After a series of tests,the phase load slip hysteresis curves can be obtained.According to these test results,it can be seen that in the rising stage of the load,the maximum value of the bonding stress is the middle position of the time,and there is a decreasing trend from the middle to both ends,which presents a parabola distribution along the height of the circular cake column.In the falling stage of the load,the maximum value of the bonding stress will shift to the top of the column of the compacted bentonite,and the bonding stress at the root of the column will be reduced to zero.It is not difficult to find that the slip of the root of the column is the largest and gradually decreases towards the top of the column by observing the whole loading process.The bond stress decreases with the increase of load cycles,and the slip increases,which leads to bond degradation and damage of the specimen itself.
