摘 要:为了实现汽车的轻量化,汽车钣金件中开始使用超高强钢。基于QP980超高强钢,从A柱补强板入手,分析其冲压成形性能。根据A柱内部补强板创建UG模型,然后,设计冲压成形工序、进行冲压工艺分析,参考最大减薄率、起皱准则和回弹量3个标准,判断冲压成形质量,并与DP780高强钢进行对比。利用有限元模拟分析得出:在1200 kN压边力的作用下,应用QP980超高强钢的A柱补强板的最大减薄率达到要求范围,但是,起皱以及回弹量较大;并且,3种情况下均比DP780高强钢差。在3种不同压边力下,对QP980超高强钢进行冲压工序试验,试验结果表明,QP980超高强钢的冲压成形性能与压边力有较大关系。In order to reduce the weight of automobiles,ultra-high-strength steels has been used in automotive sheet metal parts.Based on QP980 ultra-high-strength steel,the A-pillar reinforcement plate is used to analyze its stamping performance.The UG model was created according to the A-pillar internal reinforcement plate.Next,the stamping process was designed,and the stamping process analysis was carried out.Furthermore,referring to the three standards of the maximum thinning rate,wrinkling criterion and springback amount,the quality of stamping was judged and compared with the situation of DP780 high-strength steel.Using finite element simulation analysis,it is concluded that the maximum thinning rate of the A-pillar reinforcement plate for QP980 ultra-high-strength steel under the action of blank holder force of 1200 kN reaches the standard range,but the wrinkle and springback are larger,and the three standard conditions are worse than DP780 high-strength steel.Then,the QP980 ultra-high strength steel was tested by stamping process under three different blank holder forces,and the test results were inspected.The test results show that the stamping performance of QP980 ultra-high strength steel has a great relationship with the blank holder force.
