摘  要:对某轨道车辆帽形截面不锈钢弯梁的冲压工艺和回弹过程进行有限元模拟研究,从位移差值和残余应力状态等方面深刻探究弯梁翼板的直线度问题并分析其原因。提出一种优化展开料方案,优化轮廓边缘直线度并消除无效成形部分;借助多因素多水平的正交试验分析得出影响不锈钢弯梁回弹的关键因素和优质水平。结果表明,当纵向半径相切值分别为328和1248 mm、凸模圆角半径和凹模圆角半径均为5 mm、上模和下模的间隙为3.580 mm、动摩擦系数为0.16时,采用轮廓半径值分别为880和6844 mm的两段圆弧相切接合的优化展开料弯梁成形,翼板边缘的直线度达到1000∶1,回弹最大值保持在0.300~0.350 mm之间,回弹基本消除。The stamping process and springback process of stainless steel curved beam with hat-shaped section for rail vehicle were studied by finite element numerical simulation,the straightness problem of curved beam wing sheet was deeply explored from the displacement difference and residual stress state,and the reasons were analyzed.Then,an optimized expanded sheet scheme was proposed to optimize the straightness of contour edge and eliminate the invalid forming part,and the key factors and the quality level affecting the springback of stainless steel curved beam were obtained by multi-element and multi-level orthogonal test analysis.The results show that when the longitudinal tangent radii are 328 and 1248 mm,the fillet radii of punch and die are both 5 mm,the clearance between punch and die is 3.580 mm and the dynamic friction coefficient is 0.16,the optimized expanded sheet with two tangent joined radii of 880 and 6844 mm is deformed into the curved beam,and the straightness of wing sheet edge reaches 1000∶1.In addition,the maximum springback value maintains 0.300-0.350 mm,and the springback is basically eliminated.
