摘 要:尾门外板作为深拉伸、立面、角度小的四方框型零件,其批量生产的稳定性和可靠性较为敏感,为了保证尾门外板的质量稳定性,需找出影响质量稳定性的主要因素,并加以控制。借助CAE分析软件与冲压实验,对尾门外板批量生产过程中出现的起皱、拉延开裂缺陷产生的原因进行分析。在不同气垫压力下进行冲压实验,发现可以通过增大气垫压力的方式改善起皱缺陷。通过模具温度检测与实际生产,发现压边圈温度的增高是引起拉裂缺陷的主要原因。最终得出:气垫压力与压边圈温度是影响尾门外板质量稳定性的主要原因,可以通过降低气垫压力、压边圈镀铬、增加模具散热机构等方式来提高尾门外板质量的稳定性。The tailgate outer panel is a four square part with deep drawing,elevation and small angle,and its stability and reliability in mass production are more sensitive.In order to ensure the quality stability,the main factors affecting the quality stability should be found out and controlled.Therefore,the causes of wrinkles and cracks in the mass production process of tailgate outer panle were analyzed by analysis software CAE and stamping experiment,and the stamping experiments under different air cushion pressures were conducted to find that the wrinkle defect was improved by increasing air cushion pressure.Through the inspection of die temperature and the actual production,it is found that the main cause of cracking defects is the increase of blank holder temperature.Finally,it is concluded that the air cushion pressure and the blank holder temperature are the main factors affecting the quality stability of tailgate outer panel,and the stability is improved by reducing the air cushion pressure,using chrome-plated blank holder and increasing the heat dissipation mechanism of dies.
