摘 要:多锥辊摆辗是一种新型的塑性成形技术。为了研究大直径薄圆盘的多锥辊摆辗成形工艺,建立了多锥辊摆辗的有限元模型,并利用Deform-3D数值模拟软件对大直径薄圆盘件的成形过程进行了分析。基于可靠的三维刚塑性有限元模型,研究了多锥辊摆辗成形的大直径薄圆盘件的塑性变形规律。同时,研究了各工艺参数对多锥辊摆辗成形的大直径薄圆盘件的影响。结果表明:大直径薄圆盘件表面的等效塑性应变分布为水波型,从中心一直延伸至边缘区域,整体变形过程比较平稳,坯料的初始温度、进给量、底部台阶厚度对多锥辊摆辗成形的大直径薄圆盘均有重要的影响。研究结果有助于多锥辊摆辗技术的进一步发展。Rotary forging with multi-cone rolls(MCRs)is a new plastic forming technology.In order to study the process of rotary forging with multi-cone rolls for large diameter thin disc,the finite element model of rotary forging with multi-cone rolls was established,and the forming process of large diameter thin disc parts was analyzed by numerical simulation software Deform-3 D.Based on the reliable three-dimensional rigid-plastic FE model,the deformation law of rotary forging with multi-cone for large diameter thin disc part was studied,and the influences of various parameters on the rotary forging with multi-cone rolls were studied.The results show that the equivalent plastic strain distribution on the surface of large diameter thin disc exhibits a water-wave pattern,which extends from the central region to the edge and the whole deformation process is stable.Meanwhile,and the initial temperature of billet,the amount of feeding and the thickness of bottom step have important influences on the rotary forging with multi-cone rolls of large diameter thin disc.The research results promote the further development of rotary forging with multi-cone rolls technology.
