摘  要:为了解决汽车内部加强件类零件加工过程中自动化程度低、不良率高等问题,以某典型汽车内部加强件为例,通过分析零件的冲压工艺性能,制定合理的零件成形工艺方案。考虑到零件为左右对称件,选用两个零件的连接中心线为对称轴,在一套模具上完成一出二左右件的方式来实现。排样设计设置了包括落料、弯曲、翻边、转角度和侧冲孔等18个工位,并结合加工方案中变薄率和回弹的CAE模拟分析结果,阐述了压筋的设计、减震装置的设计、斜楔冲孔结构的设计等多工位连续模的结构设计要点。实践证明,本模具设计方案能够实现汽车加强件的全自动化生产,提高了生产效率,对企业进行同类模具的设计和生产具有较强的指导意义。In order to solve the problems of low automation degree and high defect rate in the processing of automotive internal reinforcement parts,for a typical reinforcement part,the reasonable forming process scheme was formulated by analyzing the stamping process performance of parts,and according to symmetrical features of parts,the same two parts were processed in one die by taking the connection center line of two parts as symmetry axis.Furthermore,eighteen stations including blanking,bending,flanging,turning angle and side punching etc.were designed in the layout,and combined with the CAE simulation analysis of thinning rate and springback,the key points of multi-position progressive die design were described such as stiffener design,shock absorber design,wedge punching design,etc.The practice shows that the design scheme of die realizes the automatic production of automotive interior reinforcement and improves the production efficiency,and it has a strong guiding significance for the design and production of similar dies in enterprises.
