摘  要:弹性夹片为空间立体结构,精度要求较高且批量大,可选择级进模生产,但其冲压工艺的制定及模具设计具有一定的难度。小直径冲孔凸模易折断,采用浮动式设计使其工作端在受保护的状态下冲孔。将导正销设计成螺塞弹簧式结构,可有效地避免误冲带料。在切口工序的下模设置弹顶结构,可使切口后的区域保持平整状态。对凹模板设计弹性限位结构可使其与弯曲下模产生相对位移,实现在不同工位且弯曲方向相反的连续冲压。将弯曲模的工作部分设计成局部凸起,可使校正力集中在变形区;在模具上设计1°的补偿角及采用负间隙等工艺措施,减轻了回弹,从而保证了制件精度。The elastic clip is 3 D structure with high accuracy requirements and large batches which is produced by progressive die,but it is more difficult to formulate stamping process and design die.Therefore,the floating design was adopted to make the working end punch under the protected state because the small diameter punch for piercing was easy to break,and the guide pin was designed as a spring plug structure,which effectively avoided punching strip by mistake.Furthermore,the elastic ejection structure was set in the lower die for notch process to keep the area after notch process in a flat state,and the elastic limit structure was designed in the die template to produce relative displacement with the lower die of bending process so as to realize continuous stamping with opposite bending directions at different stations.In addition,the working part of bending die was designed to be locally convex so that the correction force was concentrated in the deformation zone.Finally,the compensation angle of 1°was designed in the die and adopting process measures such as negative clearance etc.were adopted to reduce springback and ensure the accuracy of part.
