摘 要:针对瓦斯抽采过程中存在的透气性低、钻孔堵塞,引起瓦斯流动通道封闭造成的瓦斯抽采浓度低等问题,通过研究压缩空气循环脉冲疏堵增透机理,优化关键技术参数,研制基于压缩空气循环脉冲动力作用的抽采钻孔自动疏堵增透装置,并进行现场工业试验。研究结果表明:利用压缩空气循环脉冲装置对钻孔疏堵增透后,能将钻孔内的堵塞物破碎运出钻孔,并在抽采钻孔周围煤体中形成新的裂隙。疏堵前后,典型代表性钻孔瓦斯浓度最大变化倍数8.3,平均变化倍数5.2。纯流量最大变化倍数24.18,平均变化倍数11.6,明显提高了低浓度瓦斯钻孔的抽采效果。Aiming at the problems of low gas permeability and blockage of boreholes in the process of gas extraction,leading to closure of gas flow channels and low concentration of gas extraction,the mechanism of cyclic pulse dredging and permeability enhancement of compressed air is studied,and the key technical parameters are optimized,an automatic dredging and permeability increasing device for extraction boreholes is developed using the action of air circulation pulse,and field industrial test is carried out.The research results show that:after g the device to dredge and enhance the permeability of the borehole,the plugging materials in the borehole is broken usiand npushed out of the borehole,and new fractures is formed in the coal body around the extraction borehole.After the dredging,the maximum gas concentration in typical representative boreholes incr eases 7.3 times,and average gas concentration increases 4.2 times.The maximum pure flow increases 23.18 times,and theaverage pure flow increases 10.6 times,the extraction effect of low concentration gas borehole is significantly improved.
