摘 要:为了解决深井高地压开采条件下,工作面密闭采空区易形成微漏风,出现自然发火的问题,以朱集西煤矿11501封闭采空区为例,监测分析了密闭采空区气体成分、压力分布及温度的变化,分析认为:作用于采空区密闭的风压差形成了微漏风效应,是导致采空区遗煤出现氧化自燃的主要原因。基于此,提出应用调节通风系统与均压气室抽采调压相联合的均压防灭火技术。现场实践表明:联合均压后,密闭采空区内CO浓度降至2×10^-6以下,O2浓度降至4%,两巷密闭墙均压气室内相对正压均稳定在180Pa上下波动,且两巷密闭压差值基本稳定在10Pa。该措施能有效地防控采空区漏风的系统问题,达到抑制采空区遗煤自燃的目的。In order to solve the problem of micro air leakage and spontaneous combustion in the closed goaf of the working face under the condition of deep mine and high ground pressure mining,taking the 11501 closed goaf of Zhujixi Coal Mine as an example,the changes of gas composition,pressure distribution and temperature in the closed goaf are monitored and analyzed.It is cons idered that the air pressure difference acting on the closed goaf has formed a slight air leakage effect,which is the main reasonfor the oxidation and spontaneous combustion of the coal in the goaf.Based on this,the pressure equalizing prevention and extinguishingtechnology is put forward,which ombines the ventilation system with the pressure equalizing chamber.The field practiceshows that:after combined pressure cequalizing,the CO concentration in the closed goaf reduced to below 2×10^-6,the On reduced to 4%,the relative p ositive pressure in the closed wall of the two roadways was around 180 Pa,and the 2 concentratio differen ceofthe closed internal pressure inthe two roadways basically was about 10 Pa.This measure can prevent and control the sKystemproblem of air leakage in the goaf,and restrain the spontaneous combustion of the residual coal in goaf.
