摘 要:为研究大倾角大采高工作面煤壁片帮机理,控制煤壁片帮。建立大采高大倾角条件下的煤壁片帮模型,利用压杆失稳理论解释煤壁片帮现象。通过理论计算得出了大采高大倾角工作面煤壁片帮临界力以及片帮最易发生的位置,分析了倾角、采高与片帮临界力和片帮位置的关系。结果表明:煤壁片帮临界力与采高和煤体自身刚度有关,与煤层倾角无关。采高越大,煤壁片帮临界力越小,煤壁抗弯刚度越大,煤壁片帮的临界力越大。煤壁片帮发生的位置受煤壁自身刚度、顶板压力、煤层倾角、采高的影响,但主要由采高决定,煤壁最易片帮位置距离顶板约0.398倍采高处。此外,现场观测了攀枝花煤矿11073大采高大倾角工作面的煤壁片帮现象,现场观测与理论分析结果一致。现场采用提高支架工作阻力等措施,有效地控制了煤壁片帮现象。To make clear the spalling mechanism of coal wall in high-cutting and large-angle mining face,the model of coal wall spalling is established and Strut-and-Tie theory is used to explain the coal wall spalling phenomenon.Through theoretical calculation,the critical force and high-incidence position of coal wall spalling is generated.The relationship between mining heig ht,dip,critical force and position of coal wall spalling are analyzed.The results showed that:the critical force is related to the mining height and the stiffness of the coal body,other than the coal seam dip.The higher the mining height is,the smaller thecritical force,the ter the bending stiffness of the coal wall,and the greater the critical force is.The position of coal wall spal lingis mainly greadetermined by the mining height,and co-influenced by the stiffness of coal,roof pressure,coal seam dip.Thehigh-inciden ce position is 0.398 h below the roof.Moreover,the coal wall spalling is investigated in 11073 mining face in Panzhihu aMine,and the result is basically consistent with the theoretical analysis.Measures such as increasing the support pK ressureare taken and the coal wall spalling was controlled.
