摘  要:随着我国半导体行业的快速发展,碳化硅电子行业企业也日趋增加,电子行业废水种类也越来越多,现阶段应加快对电子行业废水处理技术的研究。本文以太原某新建碳化硅电子行业项目为例进行综合分析,对其中处理水量为5 m^3/h、6 m^3/h、5 m^3/h的酸碱废水、有机废水、颗粒废水,分别采用二级酸碱中和法、活性污泥法、混凝絮凝反应的工艺进行处理。最终使出水水质满足GB 8978-1996中三级排放标准,为碳化硅电子行业废水的处理技术提供参考。.With the rapid development of China's semiconductor industrv,followed the silicon carbide electronics industry and the types of wastewater in the eleetronies industry.At present,researeh on wastewater treatment techuology in the eleetronies indus-try should be accelerated.In this paper,a comprehensive analvsis of a new silicon carbide eleetronics industry proiect in Taivuar was conducled.The acid-alkali wastewater,organic wastewater,and granular wastewater with a water volume of 5 m^3/h,6 m^3/h.and 5 m^3/h were treated with a sesoudary acil-hase neutralization method activated sludse process.treatment process of coazula-tion and flocculation reactions respectivelv.Finally,the effluent water quality meets the GB 8978-1996 level Ⅲ discharge stand-ard.this studv provided a reference for wastewater treatment teclhology in the silicon carbide electronics industry.
