摘  要:以‘新甜14号’和‘Bata218’为材料,采用室内营养液栽培试验,研究了甜菜幼苗分别在氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、硫、铁缺乏及全素(CK)8个处理条件下的缺素症状和植株生物量变化,以及生理指标的改变。结果表明,分别在7种缺素条件下,甜菜植株光合产物积累均明显降低,地上部分和地下根部均表现出各种营养元素缺乏时特有的症状,缺素会影响甜菜植株生长。氮素缺乏对两个甜菜品种幼苗生长有极显著影响;其他6种营养元素缺乏时,甜菜幼苗叶鲜重、干重和根鲜重较对照差异显著,株高和根系总长差异不显著。营养元素缺失引起甜菜生理代谢发生改变,MDA的含量较对照有显著提高,电导率变化不明显。Using the indoor nutrient solution cultivation,sugar beet seedlings of XT14 and Bata218 were studied by the change of plant symptom,biomass and physiological indexes under 8 treatments of the nitrogen(N),phosphorous(P),potassium(K),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),sulfur(S)and iron(Fe)deficient and all nutrient existing(the control).The results showed that the accumulation of photosynthetic products of plants decreased obviously under various nutrient deficient conditions,and the above-ground part and underground root showed that the characteristic symptoms of different nutrient deficiency,and the growth of sugar beet was affected by nutrients deficiency treatments.Nitrogen deficiency had a significant effect on seedling growth of two sugar beet varieties.When the other six nutrients were deficient,there were the significant difference on leaf number,leaf fresh,dry weight and root fresh weight,while no significant difference for plant height and total root length as compared with the control treatment.Nutrient deficiency caused changes in physiological metabolism,among which the content of MDA was significantly higher than that of control,and the electrical conductivity varied slightly.
