摘 要:推进冷链物流与食品产业协调发展是黑龙江省绿色食品产业高质量发展、食品产业融入新发展格局,以及构建具有龙江特色现代流通体系的迫切需要。当前黑龙江省食品产业与冷链流通协调发展存在难点,包括冷链基础设施薄弱且布局不合理,食品生产扁平化、小型化特点突出,第三方冷链物流发展滞后,需求之间信息不对称,食品冷链流通难以实现全程“不断链”,等等。根据以上发展难点,提出针对的指导思想、基本原则、发展目标,以及实现路径与相关措施,以实现黑龙江省食品产业与冷链物流业的协调发展。Promoting the coordinated development of cold chain logistics and food industry is an urgent need for the high-quality development of green food industry in Heilongjiang Province,the integration of food industry into the new development pattern,and the construction of modern circulation system with Longjiang characteristics.At present,there are some difficulties in the coordinated development of food industry and cold chain circulation in the province,including weak cold chain infrastructure and unreasonable layout,"flat"and small scale food production,lagging development of third-party cold chain logistics,asymmetric information between demands,and difficulty in realizing"continuous chain"in the whole process of food cold chain circulation,etc.According to the above development difficulties,this paper puts forward the guiding ideology,basic principles,development goals,as well as the realization path and relevant measures for achieving the coordinated development of food industry and cold chain logistics industry in Heilongjiang Province.
