摘　　要：左心发育不良综合征是严重的先天性心脏病,预后差。以往产前超声诊断多集中在中孕期,如能在早孕期早期发现,早期诊断,对产前咨询及临床处理具有重要意义。Hypoplastic left heart syndrome is a serious congenital heart disease with a poor prognosis.Previous prenatal ultrasound diagnosis was concentrated in the middle pregnancy.It is of great significance for prenatal consultation and clinical management if it can be found early in early pregnancy.
