产业融合、区域差异与地区服务型装备制造业发展——对东北地区与京津冀、长三角的一项比较研究

摘　　要：制造业生产的服务化是新经济时代的一个重要特征。东北地区在新经济时代要打破发展路径锁定,通过产业融合,发展服务型装备制造业是重要手段。从制造业的服务融合与转型升级两个维度探讨服务融合促进装备制造业转型的作用机理。基于容量耦合系数模型,运用比较分析法,对比分析2005-2017年间东北地区与京津冀、长三角地区装备制造业与生产性服务业的综合发展水平、耦合协调程度及模式。结果表明:产业自身发展的平稳性、产业间发展速度的均衡性影响产业融合水平,东北两产业间发展速度失衡,耦合协调呈现先升后降的多阶段特征;装备制造业与生产性服务业子行业融合的差异影响融合结构的先进性,京津冀与长三角产业融合主要由传统生产性服务业向现代生产性服务业转移,而东北装备制造业与传统生产性服务业的融合日渐式微,与现代生产性服务业的融合普遍需要提升;产业链高端的现代生产性服务业优先于产业链低端的传统生产性服务业实现融合模式的转型。建议从调整产业结构、完善产业政策、降低东北地区的服务内置化程度着手,带动产业融合促进装备制造业转型升级。The service of manufacturing production is one of the important characteristics of the new economic era.In the new economic era,it is an important means to break the lock of development path in Northeast China to develop service-oriented equipment manufacturing industry through industrial integration.This paper discusses the mechanism of service integration promoting the transformation of equipment manufacturing industry from two dimensions of service integration and transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.Based on the capacity coupling coefficient model,this paper uses the comparative analysis method to analyze the comprehensive development level,coupling coordination degree and mode of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry in Northeast China,Beijing Tianjin Hebei and Yangtze River Delta from 2005 to 2017.The results show that:The stability of the industry itself and the balance of the development speed of industries affect the level of industrial integration,the development speed of the two industries in Northeast China is unbalanced,and the coupling and coordination presents the characteristics of multi stage rise and fall.The difference between the equipment manufacturing industry and the producer services sub industry affects the advanced nature of the fusion structure.The main aspects of the industrial convergence between Beijing Tianjin Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta are from the tradition.Producer services are transferring to modern producer services,while the coupling of traditional producer services in Northeast China is declining,and the coupling of modern producer services generally needs to be improved;the modern producer services at the high end of the industrial chain are prior to the traditional producer services at the low end of the industrial chain to realize the coupling mode transformation.Therefore,we should adjust the industrial structure,improve the industrial policy,and reduce the degree of service internalization in Northeast China,so as to prom
