摘　　要：本文主要采用文献资料法与实战比赛观察等方法,得出主要结论:极限飞盘是篮球、足球、橄榄球三大球类融合而成的运动;极限飞盘这项运动的特点是具有竞技性、观赏性、文化性、参与性、安全性、健身性;极限飞盘是一项没有裁判的运动,场上任何一个队员都是裁判;最后对竖排战术分步讲解,分析handle与cutter的位置,接盘、传盘、控盘、跑位的路线及注意事项。This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature and observation of actual combat matches to draw the following main conclusions:Ultimate Frisbee is a sport formed by the fusion of basketball,football and rugby.Ultimate Frisbee is characterized by competitive,ornamental,cultural,participation,safety,fitness;Ultimate Frisbee is a sport without referee,every player on the field is a referee.Finally,the vertical arrangement tactics is explained step by step;the position of handle and cutter,the route of contact,pass,control and running,and corresponding notices are analyzed.
