“健康中国2030”对接终身体育的协同机制研究

摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想治国体系中,把人民身体健康与生命安全放在最重位置,彰显了大国的风范。通过文献资料法,对《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》与终身体育进行理论上的归纳与分析,目的是让健康中国行动在行动导向与后期政策制定时提供理论基础。结果显示,得出二者在理论层面的高度融合。健康中国理念是与终身体育在政治意图、参考指标、行动准则上是一脉相承的综合体系。对于二者的协同机制,主要提出在学校体育教育的组织形式的改革、社会公共体育服务机制上改革、农村公共体育服务机制的构建。In the new era of China's socialist state system with Chinese characteristics,Xi Jinping put the people's health and safety in the most important position,showing the demeanor of great powers.By using the method of literature review,this paper theoretically summarizes and analyzes the“2030 development outline of healthy China”and lifelong sports,with the purpose of providing a theoretical basis for the action oriented and later policy-making of healthy China.The results show that the two are highly integrated in theory.The concept of“healthy China”is a comprehensive system of lifelong sports in terms of political intention,reference index and code of action.For the coordination mechanism of the two,it mainly puts forward the reform of the organizational form of school physical education,the reform of social public sports service mechanism,and the construction of rural public sports service mechanism.
