中国足球运动员人才匮乏现状分析

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析、数据对比等方法,对目前中国足球运动员人才匮乏的原因进行了简要分析,主要原因有三:1.中国足球运动员人才匮乏主要是因为注册球员人数不足;2.教练员指导训练的水平需提高;3.没有完善的人才培养体系且未形成良好的足球环境和体育文化氛围。相应的解决方法有:利用学校等环境扩大注册球员人数;提高教练员理论与实践相结合的能力;创建良好的培养体系,利用“体教”结合并解决运动员归属。通过学习德国足球的成功经验,创造出适合我国实际情况的足球发展道路,以期对我国足球运动员匮乏的现状有所改善。This article uses literature,logical analysis,data comparison and other methods to briefly analyze the reasons of Chinese Football Talent Shortage.There are three main reasons:1.The lack of talents is mainly due to the insufficient number of registered players.2.The level of coaching needs to be improved.3.There is no perfect personnel training system,and good football environment and sports culture atmosphere have not been formed.Corresponding solutions are:utilize schools and other environments to expand the number of registered players;improve the ability of coaches to combine theory and practice;create a good training system,use“sports and education combination”to solve the attribution of athletes.By studying the successful experience of German football,a football development path that meets the actual situation of our country should be built,in order to improve the current situation.
