摘  要:目的观察耳内镜下鼓膜成形术治疗鼓膜大穿孔患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本科室收治的29例慢性化脓性中耳炎静止期行耳内镜下鼓膜成形术患者的临床资料。随访3个月,观察术后鼓膜1期愈合率、术后干耳时间和平均气导听阈(PTA)及气骨导差(ABG)。结果29例患者术后鼓膜1期愈合率为93.10%,术后平均干耳时间为(1.60±0.66)个月,干耳后平均PTA和平均ABG分别为(35.89±18.02)、(13.84±7.72)dB,与术前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜下鼓膜成形术治疗鼓膜大穿孔患者疗效可靠,可改善患者术后听力状况,缩短术后干耳时间,且创伤较小。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of otoendoscopic myringoplasty in treatment of patients with large perforation of tympanic membrane.Methods The clinical materials of 29 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media in resting phase by treatment of otoendoscopic tympanoplasty were retrospectively analyzed.At three months after follow up,the primary healing rate of tympanic membrane,dry ear time and pure tone threshold audiometry(PTA)and air bone conduction difference(ABG)after operation were observed.Results The primary healing rate of tympanic membrane in 29 patients was 93.10%after operation,the average dry ear time was(1.60±0.66)months,and the average PTA and ABG after dry ear were(35.89±18.02)and(13.84±7.72)dB,respectively,and there were significant differences before and after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Otoendoscopic tympanoplasty is effective in the treatment of patients with large perforation of tympanic membrane,which can improve the hearing condition of patients,shorten the postoperative dry ear time,and has less trauma.
