摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛护理干预对带状疱疹后神经疼痛患者的疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法选取带状疱疹后神经疼痛患者120例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用疼痛护理干预。记录分析2组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生活质量量表(QLQ-C30)及护理满意度。结果研究组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的生活质量优良率显著高于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理干预可以缓解带状疱疹后神经痛患者的疼痛,改善患者的生活质量,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of pain nursing intervention on pain degree and quality of life in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 120 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was given pain nursing intervention.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results The VAS score in the study group was significantly lower,and the quality of life was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing intervention can alleviate the pain of patients with postherpetic neuralgia,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
