摘　　要：Contra-part needling is widely used in clinical treatment of various diseases.Its effect in treating neurological diseases and musculoskeletal diseases is especially good.In clinical practice,we used the contrapart needling,such as left and right cross,male-left acupoints and female-right acupoints,for treating neck-and-shoulder pain,rhinitis,insomnia,and shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,and achieved good effect.We think that it is necessary to explore further the clinical application of contra-part needling in order to broaden its clinical applications.
