摘 要:为了得到一种价廉、环保、易于再生的重金属离子吸附剂,以乙酸和水为溶剂,通过相转化法制备壳聚糖(CS)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混膜。在碱性条件下,利用环氧氯丙烷制得性能优异的CS/PVA交联膜。在此基础上研究交联膜对重金属Cu2+与Ni2+的吸附特性、再生性能和吸附动力学行为。实验结果显示,CS/PVA交联膜上重金属Cu2+与Ni2+的吸附符合Langmuir-Freundlich吸附模型,该交联膜对Cu2+与Ni2+的饱和吸附容量分别达到52.06和19.05 mg×g-1,高于大多数常用的吸附剂,且易于再生。研究结果表明:所制备的CS/PVA交联膜是一种性能优良的重金属离子吸附材料,为废水中重金属离子污染物的治理提供新途径。Chitosan(CS)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)blend membranes were prepared by phase inversion with acetic acid and water as solvents to obtain a cheap,environmental friendly and easy recyclable heavy metal ion adsorbent.CS/PVA cross-linked membranes were prepared by epichlorohydrin under alkaline conditions.The Cu2+and Ni2+adsorption characteristics,regeneration properties and adsorption kinetics of the prepared cross-linked CS/PVA membranes were studied.Experimental results indicate that the adsorption of Cu2+and Ni2+on the cross-linked CS/PVA membrane was best fitted by Langmuir-Freundlich adsorption model.The saturated adsorption capacities of the cross-linked CS/PVA membranes to Cu2+and Ni2+were 52.06 and 19.05 mg×g-1,respectively,which were higher than many adsorbents.The membranes could be easily regenerated.The results show that the prepared CS/PVA cross-linked membrane is a heavy metal ion adsorption material with excellent properties,which can provide a new way for the treatment of heavy metal ion pollutants in wastewater.
