摘  要:图书馆用户量较大,导致信息咨询服务难度较高、各项服务权重获取结果不准确。为有效提升图书馆用户体验的满意度,论文利用大数据挖掘技术,分别从硬件、数据库和软件三个方面设计服务质量评估系统。在硬件部分中优化设计无线通信网络模块、LM3S8962微处理器模块以及数据终端模块。利用大数据挖掘技术统计信息咨询服务的问卷调查数据,分析影响服务水平的重要因素。软件部分设置服务质量评估指标并计算指标权重,从而实现图书馆信息咨询服务质量综合评估。通过系统测试可得出结论:与传统的图书馆信息咨询服务质量评估系统相比,设计的服务质量评估系统的功能运行效果更优,将其应用到实际的图书馆运营工作中可以间接提升服务效率和用户满意度。The large number of library users leads to the difficulty of information consultation service and the inaccurate result of obtaining the weight of each service.In order to effectively improve the satisfaction of library user experience,this paper USES big data mining technology to design service quality assessment system from three aspects:hardware,database and software.In the hardware part,the wireless communication network module,LM3S8962 microprocessor module and data terminal module are optimized and designed.Using the questionnaire data of statistical information consulting service of big data mining technology,the important factors affecting service level are analyzed.The software part sets the service quality evaluation index and calculates the weight of the index so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of library information consultation service quality.Through the system test,it can be concluded that com-pared with the traditional library information consultation service quality assessment system,the designed service quality assessment system has better functional operation effect,and its application to the actual library operation can indirectly improve the service efficiency and user satisfaction.
