摘 要:吸附式制冷技术以可利用低温热源、环保无污染的特点成为了制冷领域的研究热点。本文对采用硅胶-水工质对的二维翅片管式吸附床模型进行仿真模拟,并设计正交实验,利用方差分析法(ANVOVA)分析试验数据,得到了循环周期、翅片长度、翅片间距、翅片厚度四个参数对比制冷功率(SCP)、性能系数(COP)的影响,并得出优化设计方案。结果表明:在所选参数范围内,循环周期对COP以及SCP均有较大影响;翅片间距、翅片高度对SCP的影响程度较大,而对COP的影响较小;翅片厚度对COP影响较大,而对SCP影响较小。本文研究为翅片管式吸附床的优化设计提供了参考依据。Adsorption refrigeration technology has become a research hotspot in the refrigeration field because it can utilize low-temperature heat source and has no pollution.In this paper,a two-dimensional fin-tube adsorption bed model using silica gel-water working pair is simulated,and orthogonal experiment is designed,analysis of variance(ANOVA)is used to analyze experimental data.The effects of cycle time,fin length,fin spacing and fin thickness on the specific cooling power(SCP)and performance coefficient(COP)were obtained,and the optimal design scheme was obtained.The results show that within the selected parameters,the cycle has a great influence on COP and SCP;the fin spacing and fin height have a greater influence on SCP,but less on COP;fin thickness on COP The impact is greater,but has less impact on the SCP.This paper provides a reference for the optimal design of finned tube adsorption bed.
