摘　　要：翻车机正常作业中,一直处于固定速度进行卸车作业,即25循环/小时(8000 t/h)。我公司设计了一套翻车机自动调速系统,改变了卸车作业中固定速度不变的状态。通过简单操作,实现了对翻车机卸车速度的动态调整,满足各种工况对翻车机卸车速度及卸车能力调整的需求。翻车机自动调速系统解决了卸车作业中煤炭粘度、场存量、堆料机等作业条件需要调整卸车速度的问题。同时起到了节能降耗、抑尘环保、提高设备的技术寿命和经济寿命的作用。During the normal operation of the car dumper,the unloading operation is always at a fixed speed,that is,25 cycles/hour(8000 t/h).Our company has designed a set of automatic speed regulation system for the car dumper,which changed the fixed speed during unloading operation.Through simple operation,the dynamic adjustment of the unloading speed of the dumper is realized,and the requirements of the unloading speed and unloading capacity of the dumper in various working conditions are met.The automatic speed control system of the dumper solves the problem of coal viscosity,field stock,stacker and other operating conditions in unloading operations that require adjustment of unloading speed.At the same time,it plays the role of energy saving and consumption reduction,dust suppression and environmental protection,and improving the technical life and economic life of equipment.
