摘  要:采用水热法制备了Li 2FeSiO 4正极材料,利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了不同反应温度和反应时间下合成产物的物相和晶体结构,结果表明温度过低时不能得到Li 2FeSiO 4,温度过高时晶粒尺寸会增大;并用透射电子显微镜(TEM)直观地反映了产物的形貌;最后通过恒流充放电测试了其中较纯产物的电化学性能,电化学测试结果表明180℃24 h反应后的产物在55℃下以0.2C倍率充放电测试放电比容量最高可以达到245.9 mAh·g-1。Li 2FeSiO 4 cathode material was prepared by hydrothermal method.X-ray diffraction(XRD)was used to analyze the phase and crystal structure of the synthesized products at different reaction temperatures and time.The results showed that Li 2FeSiO 4 could not be obtained at low temperature,and the grain size would increase at high temperature.The morphology of the product was directly reflected by transmission electron microscope(TEM).Finally,the electrochemical properties of the purer products were tested by constant current charge and discharge,the results showed that the product reacted at 180℃for 24 h could reach 245.9 mAh·g-1 at 55℃by charging and discharging at a rate of 0.2 C.
