两种不同2,4-二氟苯胺功能菌群的降解性能

摘  要:2,4-二氟苯胺(2,4-DFA)为难生物降解的优先控制污染物。接种3种不同驯化污泥,分别采用普通富集法和复筛富集法,进行了功能菌群富集,并考察了其降解性能。结果表明:复筛法富集得到的3种功能菌群具有更好的降解能力,可有效降解300~1800 mg/L的2,4-DFA,且也可有效降解2-氟苯胺、3-氟苯胺、4-氟苯胺、3,4-二氟苯胺和2,3,4-三氟苯胺,目标物去除率和脱氟率分别可达40%~100%和8%~100%。此外,就耐酸、耐碱和重金属耐受能力而言,两种方法富集的菌群各具特色。2,4-difluoroaniline(2,4-DFA)belongs to the priority control pollutant.The functional flora was enriched from three kinds of domesticated sludge by common enrichment method and re-screening enrichment method,respectively.The results showed that the three functional groups enriched by re-screening method had better degradation ability than the functional groups enriched by the common method,which could effectively degrade 300~1800 mg/L of 2,4-DFA.Moreover,the three functional groups enriched by re-screening method could effectively degrade 2-fluoroaniline,3-fluoroaniline,4-fluoroaniline,3,4-difluoroaniline and 2,3,4-trifluoroaniline,with 40%~100%of removal efficiency and 8%~100%of defluorination rate.In additional,the functional flora enriched by two methods had better alkali and heavy metal tolerance.
