摘 要:对于化学类研究生科研能力的培养已经受到越来越多研究者的关注,本文针对现阶段研究生培养过程中培养模式、导师队伍、培养环境、生源质量等四个方面出现的弊端和问题进行了讨论,并通过改革培养方式、提高生源质量、加强考核机制、强化导师队伍、改善科研条件、加强产学研结合等手段就如何全面提高化学类研究生的科研能力做了初步探讨。The cultivation of the scientific research ability of graduate students in Chemistry has attracted more and more researchers attention.The shortcomings and problems were discussed in the four aspects of the training mode,mentor team,training environment,and student source quality during the current graduate training process.Through reforming training methods,improving the quality of students,strengthening the evaluation mechanism,strengthening the tutor team,improving the scientific research conditions,and strengthening the combination of production,teaching and research,etc.,a preliminary discussion on how to comprehensively improve the scientific research ability of chemistry graduates was made.
