摘 要:苏南地区地处长三角一体化核心区域,地区经济发达、域内人口稠密,濒湖临江,水系密布,洪涝频发,水利工程建设强度大,水利工程的调度运用在防洪减灾中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文以锡澄地区为典型案例,在总结近年来水情调度工作经验教训的基础上,在流域、区域全局,从调度思路、调度预案、调度监管、调度责任方面提出了构建苏南地区水情调度一体化体系的建议。Southern Jiangsu is located in the core area of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.The region is economically developed and densely populated.The area is close to lakes and rivers,with dense water systems and frequent floods.The construction intensity of water conservancy projects is strong.The dispatch and application of water conservancy projects play an extremely important role in flood prevention and disaster reduction.This article takes the Xicheng area as a typical case.Based on the experience and lessons of water regulation in recent years,it expands to the basin and the overall situation,and proposes to build the South Jiangsu area from the aspects of dispatching ideas,dispatching plans,dispatching supervision,dispatching responsibilities,etc.Suggestions for building an intergrated hydrological dispatching system in South Jiangsu are proposed.
