摘  要:地下水是保障新疆经济健康持续发展的重要资源条件,也是影响生态环境的重要因素。厘清地下水取用水量是水行政主管部门重要的工作之一,然而由于新疆水利基础设施薄弱,地下水监测系统暂未建立,地下水管理又为属地管理,地下水取用水量的确定难度较大。本次研究利用全国水利普查资料,提出不同区域单位耗电量取水量指标,为开展地下水取用水量复核工作提供参考。Groundwater is an important part of ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of economy and society in Xinjiang,and it is also an important factor affecting the ecological environment.It is one of the important tasks of the water administrative department to find out the amount of groundwater consumption.However,due to the weak water conservancy infrastructure in Xinjiang,the groundwater monitoring system has not been established yet,and the groundwater management is territorial management,so it is difficult to determine the amount of groundwater consumption.In this study,based on the experimental data of national water census,the index of water intake per unit power consumption in different regions is put forward,which provides reference for the review of groundwater intake.
