摘　　要：为满足便利、安全、美观的直流家电需求,海尔智家研发了电饭煲、搅拌机、破壁机、咖啡机等系列直流家电产品,并成功将1200 W功率级别的直流无线供电系统应用到了直流家电中,形成了系列直流无线供电家电。在直流无线供电家电研发优化过程中,为消除直流无线供电家电在特殊情况下可能出现的安全隐患,设计和实现了基于优先级的分布式仲裁机制的优化方案,增强了直流无线供电家电的鲁棒性和安全性。首先,介绍了直流无线供电家电及其供电系统的设计方案;其次,详细阐述了基于优先级分布式仲裁机制的即放即用优化方案仲裁规则,及其应用于海尔智家直流无线供电系统中的工作过程;最后,设计了样机及测试方案,验证了优化方案的有效性。In order to meet the needs of convenient,safe and beautiful DC home appliances,Haier Smart Home has realized a series of DC home appliances such as rice cooker,blender,wall breaking machine and coffee machine,etc.through technical research and development,and successfully integrated the 1200W DC Wireless Power Transfer(WPT)technology to DC home appliances,forming a series of DC WPT home appliances.In the process of research and development optimization of DC WPT appliances,in order to eliminate potential safety hazards of DC WPT appliances under special circumstances,the optimization scheme based on priority distributed arbitration mechanism was designed and implemented to make DC wireless-powered appliances more robust and Safety.Firstly,the design scheme of DC WPT home appliances and its power supply system are introduced.Secondly,the arbitration rules of priority distributed arbitration mechanism based Put-and-Play optimization solution and its application in the Haier Smart Home DC WPT system are elaborated.Finally,the prototype and test plan are designed to verify the effectiveness of the optimized plan.
