摘　　要：关键提示粤港澳大湾区涵盖珠三角"9+2"城市,经济总量跻身全球第三大湾区,区内高科技产业集聚,自主创新能力强,是典型的科技创新驱动型湾区。香港海运合作未来的最大市场还是在粤港澳大湾区,香港航运界在湾区内的业务发展,一定会得到中央和地方政府的大力支持。香港航运界可提出自己的诉求,积极参与大湾区的港口及海事发展规划,实现香港港航产业的转型升级。In view of the coastal dry bulk transport demand gradually restored,and the shipping capacity supply growth has slowed sharply,excess capacity will be eased.But the coastal bulk cargo transportation market also faces many other challenges,such as coal-fired power several years of decline,the power coal transportation to replace coal transportation,land transportation instead of the sea into the river,etc..It is estimated that the annual average of China’s coastal bulk freight index in 2021 will rise by more than 5%from this year to 1100-1200 points,and is expected to return to the level in 2019.During this period,due to the resumption of work and production of enterprises,peak coal use in summer and winter and other factors,a short-term rapid rise may occur.At the same time,the coastal dry bulk shipping enterprises in fuel cost reduction and other positive factors,corporate profitability will be significantly improved.
