摘 要:常规抽油机井间抽采油技术存在生产效率低、管理难度大、安全风险高等问题。不停机智能间抽技术利用整周运行与低速摆动运行的组合工作方式,实时分析动液面、抽油泵泵效优化调整间抽工作制度;同时以抽油杆柱最大弹性形变为基础,实时优化曲柄最佳摆幅,形成了曲柄低速摆动运行、井下抽油泵停抽、地面抽油机不停机的智能间抽工艺。现场应用表明:较常规间抽采油技术,系统效率提高10.12%、日耗电降低91.42 kW·h,平均节电率41.1%,实现了低产液井供排协调和高效安全生产。There are some problems in conventional pumping technology,such as low production efficiency,difficult management and high safety risk.The combination of full cycle operation and low-speed swing operation is used in the non-stop intelligent inter pumping technology,real time analysis of dynamic liquid level and pump efficiency optimization.At the same time,it is based on the maximum elastic deformation of sucker rod string,real time optimization of crank swing,formed the intelligent inter pumping technology of low-speed swing operation of crank,stop pumping of downhole pump and no stop of surface pumping unit.The field application shows that the system efficiency is increased by 10.12%,the daily power consumption is reduced by 91.42 kW·h,and the average power saving rate is 41.1%,realized the coordination of supply and discharge of low liquid production well and high efficiency and safety production.
