摘  要:长庆油田苏南道达尔区块小井眼气层固井为152.4 mm井眼下88.9 mm套管,属于小环空非常规固井,套管内容积小,顶替排量受限且施工压力高,固井顶替效率难以保证,影响固井质量。为平衡压力,提高顶替效率,更好的隔离钻井液与水泥浆,采用BH-HDS加重隔离液体系。BH-HDS加重隔离液体系具有抗温性能高、密度可调、与水泥浆、钻井液的相容性能良好,且加重剂可酸化,不会对目的层造成污染。该隔离液体系在苏南道达尔区块应用10井次,固井质量目的层优质率达到95%以上。Cementing of slim-hole gas reservoir in Sunan Total area wasφ88.9 mm casing.It was belonged to unconventional cementing in small annulus with small casing volume,limited displacement and high pressure.Cementing displacement efficiency was difficult to guarantee,which affected cementing quality.In order to balance pressure,improve displacement efficiency and isolate drilling fluid and cement slurry better,BH-HDS was used to increase the displacement efficiency.BH-HDS has high temperature resistance,adjustable density,good compatibility with cement slurry and drilling fluid.Moreover,the additives can be acidified and will not pollute the target layer.The BH-HDS has been used for 10 wells in Total area,gaining good operation achievements.
