摘  要:苏东气田属于典型的“三低”致密气藏,常规压裂效果差,为最大限度发挥储层的潜能,率先在该区块将体积压裂造复杂缝网与脉冲纤维压裂的高导流能力理念相结合,开展了“低黏度滑溜水造裂缝网络+脉冲泵注形成高导流通道”的先导性试验。通过对16口/45层储层改造地质、工艺参数的对比分析及大型可视化模拟试验验证,研究表明改造效果与含气饱和度、E/S、射孔簇数目等参数呈正相关,而孔隙度、排量等参数存在最优范围值;进一步的研究表明,影响选井、选层的因素重要性依次为含气饱和度>孔隙度>E/S>储层厚度>渗透率;影响改造效果的施工参数的重要性因素依次为前置液比例>总液量>射孔簇>纤维加量>排量>支撑剂加量;相比常规压裂井,脉冲纤维压裂改造后的日产量、累积产量高、生产平稳、增产效果更为明显。East Sulige gasfield is a typical gas reservoir characterized by low porosity,low permeability and low abundance with poor gas production by conventional fracturing.In order to maximize the potential of the reservoir,the pilot test is carried out by combining the complex fracture network formed by volume fracturing with slickwater and high conductivity concept of pulse fiber fracturing in the block.The results show that the improvement effect is positively correlated with gas saturation,E/S,number of perforation clusters,while there are optimal range values for parameters such as porosity and displacement,by comparative analysis of geological and technological parameters for reservoir reconstruction of 16 wells/45 layers of reservoirs and verification of large-scale visual simulation test.Further research shows that the importance of the factors affecting well selection and formation selection of order from high to low ranking is gas saturation,porosity,E/S,reservoir thickness,permeability.While the importance factors of operation parameters affecting the reconstruction effect of order form high to low ranking is prepositive fluid ratio,total fluid production,perforation cluster,fiber addition,displacement,proppant addition.The daily production and cumulative production of pulsed fiber fracturing well is higher compared with conventional fracturing.
