摘 要:油气浅井开采过程中用石英砂作为支撑材料进入地层充填在岩层裂隙中起到支撑作用,使油气通畅汇集而降本增产。通过重砂分析、偏反光显微镜、电子探针分析、水力压裂支撑剂性能检测等测试研究手段对新疆石西油田一带压裂用石英砂进行系统性测试研究,结果显示该区域石英砂矿物组合以石英、岩屑为主,并含少量的磁铁矿、石榴石、钛铁矿、绿帘石、绿泥石、白钛石、锆石、磷灰石、重晶石等矿物。偏反光显微镜下石英呈单晶和集合体态,岩屑成分复杂多为中基性、酸性火山熔岩屑、凝灰岩屑、沉积岩屑。石英化学成分SiO2含量范围为99.62%~99.99%,电镜下根据表面微观特征推断该地石英砂是经过冲积、风成和化学溶蚀多种地质作用叠加所致。通过水洗→烘干→筛分→磁选等选矿工艺提高石英纯度降低破碎率而满足水力压裂支撑剂性能的要求,实现本地规模化生产降低该地区油气开采企业成本。Quartz sand is used as the supporting material to enter the formation and fill the rock fractures in the shallow oil and gas well mining process,so as to make the oil and gas flow smoothly and increase production.Through heavy sand,partial reflective microscope,electron probe analysis and performance test of hydraulic fracturing proppant fracturing test research means of Shixi oilfield in Xinjiang area with quartz sand,systematic test research results show that the region is given priority to with quartz and lithic quartz mineral combinations,and containing a small amount of magnetite,garnet,ilmenite,epidote,chlorite,titanium white stone,zircon,apatite,barite and other minerals.Under the slant reflection microscope,the quartz is single crystal and aggregate,and the lithic composition is medium base,acid volcanic molten lithic,tuff lithic and sedimentary lithic.The content of SiO2 in the quartz chemical composition ranged from 99.62%to 99.99%.According to the microscopic characteristics of the surface,it was inferred that the quartz sand in this area was caused by the superposition of alluvial,aeolian and chemical dissolution geological processes.By washing,drying,screening,magnetic separation and other mineral processing processes to improve the quartz purity to reduce the crushing rate to meet the requirements of hydraulic fracturing proppant performance,to achieve local large-scale production to reduce the cost of oil and gas exploration enterprises in the region.
