摘　　要：目的探讨微信平台在髋关节置换术患者自我管理中的应用效果。方法将60例患者随机分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。试验组采用微信公众平台自我管理模式,对照组采用常规随访管理模式。比较2组出院时,术后1、3、6个月的居家康复效果。结果术后1、3、6个月,2组自我管理能力评分、髋关节功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分均高于干预前,且试验组自我管理能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、3个月,试验组髋关节功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,试验组日常生活活动能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台的自我管理模式,可提高髋关节置换术患者居家康复效果,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat platform in the self-management of patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The effects of rehabilitation at home at the time of discharge and 1 month,3 and 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results At 1month,3 and 6 months after the operation,the scores of self-management ability,hip joint function score and daily life activity ability of the two groups were all higher than those before the intervention,and the self-management ability of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 month and 3 months after surgery,hip joint function of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after the operation,the daily activity ability of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-management mode of WeChat platform can improve the rehabilitation effect of hip replacement patients at home and improve their quality of life.
