摘　　要：针对麻家梁矿综采工作面采用的PF6/1542型转载机在煤量大时经常出现过载即“压转载”的现象,通过研究提出革新创新点,按照现场使用要求和实际情况对原有的转载机中部槽实施优化布置,以减轻转载机的负荷,降低功率能耗。In view of the PF6/1542 type transfer machine used in the fully mechanized mining face of Majialiang Mine,the phenomenon of overload often occurs when the coal quantity is large.Through research and innovation,according to the field requirements and actual slot of the original transfer machine is optimized to reduce the load and power consumption.
