摘 要:为保证工作面液压支架与采煤方法及工作面地质、煤层等条件相匹配,达到大幅度提升工作面采煤效率和安全性的目的,以放煤采煤工艺为例完成对其液压支架的选型设计。对所选型液压支架四连杆机构的尺寸以及顶梁尺寸进行适用性设计,并对液压支架的支护效果进行验证,为后续进一步保证不同采煤工艺下的支护效果和生产效率奠定基础。In order to ensure the matching of working face hydraulic support with coal mining method,working face geology and coal seam,and to greatly improve the efficiency and safety of working face,the selection design of hydraulic support is completed with coal caving technology as an example.The applicability design of the four-link mechanism and the top beam size of the selected hydraulic support is carried out,and the support effect of the hydraulic support is verified,which lays a foundation for further ensuring the support effect and production efficiency under different coal mining processes.
