摘　　要：为进一步提升变速箱的整体性能,解决其振动距离和噪声较大的问题,在对汽车变速箱进行概述的基础上,基于MASTA软件建立汽车变速箱的轴承、轴、齿轮以及壳体等零部件的模型,并根据其静态参数和动态参数对模型进行设置完成仿真分析,最后对变速箱齿轮的关键参数进行优化,并通过安全系数和损伤率衡量优化效果。In order to further improve the overall performance of the gearbox and solve the problem of high vibration distance and noise,based on the overview of the automobile gearbox,the model of bearing,shaft,gear and shell of the automobile gearbox is established based on the MASTA software.The key parameters of the gearbox are optimized and the optimization effect is measured by safety factor and damage rate.
