摘 要:为解决大采高液压支架安全性差的问题,以潞宁矿ZZ9000/23/48型液压支架为工程背景,通过理论分析和计算,对支架结构的优化改进及适应性展开研究。研究结果表明,垮落区的岩体对支架产生较大的冲击荷载,支架结构出现开裂和支架压死等不良现象。针对支架失稳原因,对支架顶梁柱窝和护帮结构进行优化改进,现场监测结果表明,支架工作阻力主要集中在26~34 MPa,且工作阻力大于30 MPa占50%以上,支架安全性高。In order to solve the problem of poor safety of the hydraulic support for large mining,the optimization and improvement of the support structure and its adaptability were studied through theoretical analysis and calculation based on the engineering background of Luning Mine ZZ9000/23/48 hydraulic support.The results show that the rock mass in the caving zone has a large impact load on the support,and the support structure has some adverse phenomena such as cracking and collapse.In view of the reasons for the instability of the support,optimization and improvement were carried out on the support pillar socket and the protection structure.Field monitoring results showed that the working resistance of the support was mainly concentrated in 26~34 MPa,and accounted for more than 50%for working resistconce over 30 MPa.The support was of high safety.
