摘  要:为解决重型刮板输送机头尾双电机的功率不平衡问题,分析了功率不平衡的发生原因,然后对功率平衡目标进行了理论分析,在此基础上,分别研究了功率平衡控制方法及模型控制方程,随后利用Matlab-Simulink软件建立了系统仿真模型。结果显示,本文所述功率平衡方法响应速度快,对不同负载权重比均有良好的控制效果,主、从电机的输出转矩可按设定要求均衡分配。In order to solve the power imbalance problem of the double-head motor of the heavy-duty scraper conveyor,this paper first analyzes the cause of the power imbalance,and then theoretically analyzes the power balance target.On this basis,the power balance is studied separately Control methods and model control equations,and then the system simulation model was established using Matlab-Simulink software.The results show that the power balance method described in this article has a fast response speed and good control effects on different load weight ratios.The output of the master and slave motors The torque can be evenly distributed according to the set requirements.
