摘  要:本项目针对某型冲击桥系统复杂、技术含量高、维修作业困难等特点,通过系统分析装备维修保障需求,采用智能诊断技术及虚拟仪器技术,开发了某型冲击桥故障诊断系统,实现装备故障诊断的实时性与快速性,提高装备维修保障的质量与精度,从而快速提升基层部队的维修保障水平,提高装备维修质量,降低维修费用,为新装备形成战斗力提供直接的技术支持。Aiming at the characteristics of a impact bridge,such as complex system,high technology content and difficult maintenance operation,this project develops impact bridge fault diagnosis system by systematically analyzing equipment maintenance and support requirements,adopting intelligent diagnosis technology and virtual instrument technology,realizing the real-time and fast fault diagnosis of equipment,improving the quality and accuracy of equipment maintenance and support,thus speeding up the development of equipment fault diagnosis system.Improve the level of maintenance support of grass-roots units,improve the quality of equipment maintenance,reduce maintenance costs,and provide direct technical support for the formation of new equipment combat effectiveness.
