摘 要:同煤集团各矿总产和工作面单产都接近世界发达国家水平,但是由于生产衔接以及采掘失调等问题,掘进效率远远低于采煤效率,因此,根据各种掘锚机的优势与不足,提出了JOYEJM2×170型掘锚机的改造方案,旨在提高煤巷掘进速度,打破采掘失调的现状,满足矿井生产正常接续。实际应用结果表明,该设备月掘进速度由240 m提高至600 m,掘进效率明显提高。The total production and working face per unit production of each mine are close to the level of developed countries in the world,but the tunneling efficiency is far lower than that of coal mining due to production convergence and mining imbalance.According to the advantages and disadvantages of various anchors,the transformation scheme of the arm anchor machine is put forward.The practical application results show that the monthly tunneling speed of the equipment is increased from 240 m to 600 m,and the tunneling efficiency is obviously improved.
